Horrible food, no help with care, poor nursing staff, same food served daily, no activities. They are only interested in your money not you. Don't put a loved one at the nasty place, Old, smelly, can't keep competent help.

Imagine refusing to take a resident with a suspected blood clot appointed for an ultrasound at 4 PM because "we send our activities driver home at 4."
