Do not Rent this place - Iived there for about 5 months. The place is infested with bedbugs. The are in the walls, and floors, and mattresses they provide. The new indian owners are slumlords, and the cleaning crew/night time workers are illegal immigrants.

The guy who does maintenance in the back part of the building is a crystal meth addict and allows the homeless people to come in by providing them with master keys to the front doors, and these keys also work on all rooms. They give him crystal meth, he gives them the keys. The owners are aware of this, and have done nothing...

Beautiful building in fantastic neighborhood. Inside is a bit run down and rooms are tiny for what you pay. Residents are mostly working poor, and those recieving SSI. There was a problem with...
