Arrived at 3:17 pm for a 3:30 pm appointment at UT Hospital Location. Nurse asked my height and weight and put me in a room. The nurse, office staff, no one ever returned to the room. I left at 5:40 pm and was never seen by the doctor. Not the first GKENT employee offered an apology nor an explanation why the doctor never saw me.
