I came in with really long hair (waist length) and asked for long, subtle layers, and a slight face frame, meaning strands of hair angled around my face. The lady told me I needed 4-5 inches...

gone here for years, previously great- went this last week all new people, generally could get used to but the barber who cut my hair snorted spit ever 5 minutes and popped and chewed gum while cutting my hair longer in certain spots than other on top! outraged and disapointed!! will not return
