They were very responsive and got back to me on a very timely basis. They kept me informed on the deadlines and other key details. I had a pretty good experience with Grander Home Loans. For the most part things went fine. A couple of times they had to call back to get more information or whatever. Mostly it went through really well. I can hardly complain about the price, all the costs were covered. I would go back again, although this was the first time I had used the service.

Jevon is a very professional and competent in refinancing your mortgage. He is quick and responds for your phone calls immediately. After few times I did try with someone else, he fixed my problems and gave me the best deal for my 15 years...
