Great place - staff, atmosphere (sports), and food. Family menu favorites include the steak salad, and their Mac n cheese. Not a fast stop (ask for your bill with the food if you are in a hurry), but definitely worth visiting.

Went there after a local hockey game. Open late which was nice. Everyone seemed to know each other.
Friendly staff. Drinks were good
Meal was ok, but when your starving, it was good

Went while in town for business. Nice, welcoming atmosphere. Service was good and food specials were very good. I liked the feel of a local sports bar without over doing it with all the TV's

We just moved to the area and found ourselves a great dinner and drinks spot. I could definitely see myself meeting up with friends here too. This is just a nice go-to place for good food, and good drinks. It has become our Friday night place. Prices are reasonable and the food is great.

Grand Tavern is a sports bar located on the corner of Grand River Avenue and Drake. Customers can wine and dine while watching sports on one of the 15 flat screen televisions. There are booths along the wall and tables in the middle of the floor.  Lunch and dinner are served daily, and carry out is available.
