Over priced and absolutely terrible! This place is one of the worst I've lived in. The south elevator is ALWAYS broken, so with people such as myself, who has two young children under the age of two, beware. You will have to walk all the way to the middle of the building to find the stairs, or even another …

This place is poorly managed. Maintenance requests are often ignored or "misplaced". The property management company rarely puts money back into the building such as fixing or replacing elevators that are "out of order" on a regular basis and sidewalks often aren't shoveled until after residents …
