What a joke as a company. The people here seem nice at times, but the operation is completely incompetent. I ordered grad supplies and announcements for my son, and kept waiting for then to arrive. 4 weeks before grad we called, and they couldn't find the order. The had to have the cc # to look it up, not the last name on the order. ????...that makes no sense at all that you can't look it up by...
