Comments like M1m775 are what made me get out of the auto service business forever. Why in the world would you assume that because Goodyear referred you to a trans shop that they would pay your bill? That's a ridiculous assumption It's your vehicle!!!. I can guarantee you that the Goodyear tech never laid a finger on your tranny. Unreasonable idiots made my life a living hell in the repair...

Took my vehicle in to get a oil leak fixed, and before I left it I had the technician rack my vehicle and we both inspected the vehicle. I did not find any other leaks in the vehicle, and the technichian agreed. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I started the vehicle to make sure there was no leak. There was. Don t trust Mike at the counter. Ask for Chuck the boss. Mike makes promises and doesn t honor them - nor does he call to say that my vehicle won t be ready today. I had to call them around closing to find out my truck wasn t serviced and the mechanic had already gone home. BTW: I had an appointment!!!
Good mechanic - shoddy counter help.
