John, owner and tile setter, is very charming but as we all know,charm wears put when unprofessional practices begin. Working short hours , not showing up, not calling, taking twice as long for completion date and horrific wet mop ( hot tar floor of shower). Golden State Tile & Stone did exactly what they said they'd do in terms of quality of work, awesome by the way, arrival time and departure and duration of the job; plus the price is right. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted in a couple areas and the owner, John, made recommendations. Turned out beautifully. I pan to use this business for more work in my home. I'm very pleased.
