LCC is an out of state manangement facility. That should be a red flag. My mom was there after a serious sickness and stayed for 4 months. In that time, they had 2 hospital inspections that were unnannounced (according to the QT from the staff) and there was a very frequent staff turnover with a different aid every time we came which was a flag also.
