I wanted to give 0 star for this company for installing the floor in our house. However the system doesn't allow me to put 0 star . . .
After signing contract with us, they sub-contracted the job to some other people, they did a terrible job which includes:
- wrong orientation of the floor
- chipped floor
- lifted edges on most of floor, it's the reason they use glue to glue the floor...

My living room around 1400' has been installed laminate, & bedrooms are all carpets. Their installers are very good quality work, & the lady in the front desk is very nice & responsible, good follow-up services, just one thing is that, if the carpet is not in stock, I need to wait 5-7 business days for the special order which is happen on me.
But overall is so pretty,...
