Purchased 4 new tires, my tire sensor would not go off, had to go back 3 times. Ever time they cut me off(like I didn't know what I was talking about) and said the sensor needed to adjust to the new tires...bull!! The 3rd time a tech actually checked and determined a sensor was broke and it was done by the texh who put my tires on. They replaced my sensor and made it seem like they were doing...

Usually everything is perfect. For some reason, the 14.99 oil change with rotation turned out substantially higher. Our truck takes 8 quarts so I realize the extra 3 quarts will be charged. But the tire rotation that you have done exclusively for many years for me had a significant upcharge sine they are larger mud tires. This has never been an issue in the past, and in fact you installed them...

Goodyear has a reputation for aggressively up-selling clients. In my case, parts were installed on the car without my authorization.
