Thankful for Keith Grandy who was the best instructor I've ever had when it comes to certification testing courses. Kept us engaged and covered what was needed. Already passed my Real State Associate State Exam and can't thank GCS enough for kickstarting this new venture for me. Took me only 12 days to get this done!!

I can recommend Gold Coast hands down. They are thorough and on point with facets of the Real Estate exams. Mr. Granny and Mr. Benson are extremely knowledgeable and able to apply real life scenarios to complex issues. If you follow their advice, study hard you will pass your exams! Excellent School. I did their online course, and then took their cram course for the state exam at their North Dade location. My teacher Terry was excellent. I passed the exam the following week. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Gold Coast and teacher Terry.
