Sent my glock to them, included a check for $60 to refinish the slide! They called and said the frame was recalled and that they would replace it with and new one for free! In 4 weeks i had a new glock delivered to my door step! I could not be more satisfied! The gun looks and feels like a new one!

Had a new Glock handgun go KaBoom (blew into pieces when firing). They would not talk to me. Told me it's not their problem and hung up.
