This is a corporate establishment. They do not care about you, or your living situation assuming it won't get them sued. I have been here a year and they have new employees every month I walk in to hand them rent, so they must not take care of them either. Rent goes up whenever they can, and I take showers at the gym because the shower here switches from freezing to scalding constantly. You cannot get a package delivered unless you are there during business hours to grab it by hand from FedEx. Their office has been broken into twice at the beginning of a month this year (2014) to steal our checks, mine got snatched once. Worse, they still added a late fee onto my rent that I had to comment on before it was removed. They do not accept online payments, unless you first pay another fee, so I still walk in a check every month. My door's number was ripped off, and despite my requests to have one placed on, they've ignored me. The interior is old, the appliances are as well. I have reasonable neighbors. Could be worse I guess, i hear North Korea is sub par.
Glenbrook is a great place to live. The residents are polite and the staff are helpful. If you ever have a question or need help, there is always somebody available, whether it be staff or resident.

I live in a bldg where people respect each others space and quiet. The one thing that I really appreciate is that there is scheduled spraying of bugs every week. This is very important because of bedbug infestation. I really like my surroundings. I'm a person with a lot of ailments and its nice when things are taken care of immediately if needed, maintenance is always available. So this is why...

I leased a studio apartment for two months during this summer so that I could get my family moved to the Denver area. I had a few issues with my apartment during my stay that we not well handled by the Glenbrook management.
In a nutshell I had three issues with the apartment:
1) The air conditioning unit was not working properly. Contacted management twice without a response. (It has been unseasonably hot with temperatures of 100+ in June…)
2) There were smokers in other units (supposedly non-smoking units…) and the smoke...
