I have just had my French door glass (that was broken when a rock was slung thru it) replaced. I have to say the service was above and beyond from the receptionist who took my order to the service guy. He was thorough about the installation and the clean up. Could not be more pleased. Horrible customer service, dropped off temp plate for table was told it would be done by Fri, Fri is here and no table top. When talking to P. she didn't even apologize. Said that they would do it when had people in shop. That is an indefinite time table. Not sure how this business stays in business with such horrible customer service. P. was never nice about situation. Just like we will do it...
