the ladies here are family. They listen and do a really good job. They dont rush you in or out. One of the best alterations places i have been.

I went to Gill's because they had good reviews. I was very dissatisfied with the service I got for a simple hem on a cocktail dress. First, I made an appointment specifically to have the seamstress pin my dress, but she was not there and her husband assured me that he could pin my dress correctly. I arrived to pick up my dress several days later after the time it was promised, and the dress was not hemmed. While I waited, the seamstress hemmed my dress.
