This is a one woman enterprise, apparently, I went there with my cat to have him declawed because her quote seemed reasonable. When I walked in, there wasn't a soul in sight. Finally someone came up, talking loudly on the phone. It was Dr. Gessner I found out later. She made a rude face at me & motioned for me to come in without so much as a "hello".
