From the time you walk in, the secretary looks you up and down and makes a snarl face. Not only is she rude, but has a really bad attitude. For some reason, she thinks getting free Botox makes her $10 per hour, uneducated job feel ok.The Office Manager is just as bad.....I would avoid this place and find somewhere with a better staff.

God bless Dr. Gross! I recently moved to GA and was so anxious about finding a good dermatologist. I was diagnosed in 2009 with melanoma, and have to get a skin check biannually because of it. Dr Gross is great. He can handle all your medical needs for the old dermis and he is happy to do whatever cosmetic stuff you need as well. My mom got her eyebrows tatooed in there and she loves them.

If you are looking for a place where you will feel right at home, this is it! Dr. Gross is great and he has the best staff you can find! They always make you feel special and never rushed! I have been going to them for many years now and would not go anywhere else. I have sent many of my friends to them and they all love them!
