He calmed her with music, explained what he planned & did so in an efficient & competent manner. Came from a bad experience with a plastic surgeon had a sebaceous cyst on my cheek. Met with Dr. Nguyen and his confidence from the first visit said he could fix it. Did a scar revision and immediately looks better. Cant begin to express the level of gratitude, very happy with the finished procedure. Looking forward to whats next.
