These people wanted to charge me $199 for a simple virus cleanup that I was able to get done very professionally by another servicer for $26. Can you say, OVERRATED?

I was sincerely unhappy with the service I recieved from the Geek Squad.
First, I hate being bombarded with teenagers trying to hustle me to purchase services and products I dont need or want. Thats not how to make your customers feel comfortable coming to your store.
Second, Although they successfully removed virus from my laptop, it took them FAR too long to do so.
Nearly TWO WEEKS went by where I was computer-less and they were ""working on it as fast as they could"".
