I'm going to go through the details of my complaint. But honestly if you want to know what an a$$hole smells like, have geek squad pull there head from your back side.

I've turned to the Geek Squad many times over the last couple years with various televisions, a home theater system and our outdoor stereo system.
I had a problem with my laptop and figured I'd had such good experiences with this company before that I'd turn to them with my computer problems as well.
Little did I know their computer abilities were not up to par.
With just a virus I wondered why it cost $260.00 to be repaired but didn't question it much considering the great help i'd had in the past.

After these guys has my laptop for close to a week, I got it back only to discover it still...

I'm sorry, but I fail to see how you were "ripped off."  You didn't pay for a service that wasn't performed to your satisfaction; you weren't sold a faulty product.   You were merely VERY mildly inconvenienced.  If you have never paid a visit to the tech bench, you should know that it can get rather hectic there.  Unfortunately, phone calls can get ignored when there are customers waiting in...

Being an Agent, this sounds a little strange to me... I can tell you:A.) Any Geek Squad employee would know you don't need an appointment to bring your unit in, and would have no reason to put you on hold to inform you of this simple fact;B.) If you sat on hold for upwards of an hour over such a simple question, that's your issue. Any reasonable person would have hung up long before that and...
