When I called the 800 number i was told a geek was coming in 4 hours, the geek arrived over 24 hours later with no call. technician was taking smoke breaks on my porch, i ekicked him out. nothing was fixed!! beware of this service company!

Geek National was hired to migrate my data and settings from my old laptop to my new desktop. They lost ALL OF MY DATA including wedding and honeymoon pictures. Nobody returns my calls and I??ve paid them over $300.

Geek National engineer came to my house and installed pirated copy of Windows XP, charged over $200, and now we??re worse off than before. We filed a complaint with BBB as well.
