I have a lot of stuff on my computer that is very important to me so when my computer said all of my files were gone I freaked. Geek choice let me know it was a virus and they came out and fixed the problem. They also introduced me to Carbonite remote backup which allows me to backup all my files remotely so that if I ever need to recover them I can. I can sleep tight tonight
