Help us make it rightSTAY AWAY! They will do everything they can to either increase your rent or kick you out of your apartment so they can rent it to someone else at a higher price. Doesn't matter if you paid your rent, on time, for years. And no discussion when there's a rent increase. They won't let you talk to a supervisor either or discuss options. There is no such thing as rent negotiation with them.
They raise rents ""to keep rent price compatible with the region"" but won't do the renovation they would usually do before renting. Meaning, you're paying for a dump for the price of a renewed place.
