My treatment at Gateway Dental was the worst experience of my life. Dr. Buchanan seems to enjoy inflicting pain. He tried to start a root canal without properly numbing the tooth. He didn't believe me when I told him I still had feeling in the tooth and scraped the needle across the roof of my mouth as he angrily administered an additional shot.
