I had paid premiums to Gary Motley for over 15 years and when it was time for him to provide customer service he and his office staff failed miserably, not once, but twice. This was for a minor billing issue, I can't imagine if I actually had to work with them to make a claim. I would not recommend this agency.

I have been a client of Gary Motley since the early 1990's. I have always been treated well by their staff and Gary and Wayne have gone to bat for me several times when issues have arisen with the home office. I would recommend them to anybody!

Without a doubt one of the most worthless agent groups in the State Farm network. I wouldn't recommend The Motley Agency to my worst enemy.

Don't bother! Go anywhere else. Terrible service. Awful employees and gary has zero cares for the customers
