We used Garvin's for a sewer scope as part of a home inspection. Their technician was professional, fast, informative, and gave us a DVD of the scope the same day. I would give four and half stars -- half a star missing for a bit of confusion around the time that they were to arrive. However, when I called to check-in about the appointment, they sent someone over very quickly.

We hired them to do a routine cable cleanout of our sewer line for roots. They were easy to schedule with and although they gave a wide range of 12:00 - 5:00 they did call about 30 minutes before to let us know a more precise time they day of service.
