Ineffective Counsel

I made a major mistake hiring Bruce A. Gardner.
He has admitted being Ineffective Counsel, google it.
Had I known before hand I never would have hired this attorney. He never returns phone calls. I am afraid I will be found guilty. This guy flippant attitude scares me.
His voice mail "happy trails" NOT WITH THIS GUY AS YOUR ATTORNEY!
