Its "biggest appeal" is the "stellar" panoramic Midtown vistas from its "chic", 39th-floor space, but this "upmarket" player on the K-town scene also "holds its own" with "stylishly prepared" Korean fare, including "traditional" tabletop BBQ; service is variable and you "pay for the view", but that "sunset over the Hudson" is more than "worth it."
Had a terrific meal and cocktails w/ the hubby. Service was friendly and brisk which was what we needed as we were headed to an event at the Garden after dinner. Great views and table-top cooking made it special. There is a dress-code (not super strict), which reinforced the high-end feel.
Located at the 39 floor of 1250 Broadway, you don’t necessarily see it, except for a small electronic board on the left side of the building. You must get in the lobby to access the top floor. Nice view but the food is really great....
Spectacular views and wonderful cuisine. Service was outstanding. We were treated exceptionally well. Our waiter helped us navigate the menu and we loved our choices. Terrific wine list. Will return.
I book table and request window thru open table. The reception lady told me that people book 1 months ago for window and show me not nice face. Its seem my problem. I saw not fully book much and late have window seat available. oh well. I went to GAONNURI not first time. They should follow up request from us and suggest what time have window seat. no one call or email to us.
Always delicious. Always wonderful. The fact that it is one of my go to restaurants says it all.
