They sell defective products. I got an XBOX one controller from my girlfriend for Christmas and it didn't work. Apparently they don't exchange defective Christmas gifts. Don't go to GameStop!

Called this location to see if they had a system in stock, they stated that they did have it. When I went to the store to purchase the system, they informed me that they were not able to sell it...
