A decent location to shop. Staff is always friendly and eager to help the times I have gone in. I do avoid this location during the holidays since they do tend to get overcrowded and, well, overwhelming. However, the rest of the year browsing for random birthday presents are a safe bet here. Staff are knowledgeable, not pushy, and understand the balance between selling product and being sociable.
Great customer service! I went in to purchase a game for my boyfriend and I was helped by Chase. He was super friendly, and with his advice I also purchased the game warranty for only $3 (I was buying a rare game). He was not pushy at all and I felt totally comfortable. I will be back here any time I need game help!
