Practically a criminal operation. Where else can you put your money up and pay for an item in full to "reserve" it, only to find out that they sold your copy anyway! Or some snot nosed employee had his entitlement trip for the month and decided last minute that HE wants item that you already planned and paid …

This place always comes through for me. They always have what I'm looking for when other game stores don't. The staff is perfect, they know they're stuff, they are helpful but they won't bother you while you browse around and drool at all the cool expensive stuff.
