We showed up and they told us it would be 45 minutes. We made a 1pm appointment. We came back at 12:57. They said they would be right with us, nope... 20 minutes later we walked out. What good is an appointment?

My hair cut and service was great. However, I told my son's stylist to keep his hair on the longer side. It was cut very short. Then she asked if she could put blue hair gel in, I asked if it would stain and she told me no. Long story short, it stained his hair! When I called to inform them, all I got was an apology …

I went to this salon this evening after walking out of another salon, the girl that cut my hair was so friendly and helpful that I made an appointment for tomorrow to get my hair dyed.
