After recent rains our basement flooded and the water did not recede. I called Gamble Plumbing and they were a bit rude on the phone but could come out that day. The plumber came out and looked at the situation, he thought that the 10 ft long sections of the drain snake wouldn't work in my tiny, overcrowded half basement so he needed different equipment and he left. Another one of their plumbers called me and said they would have the equipment and be at my house in the morning. At 11:30 I called their main office and they said they would contact the plumber and get right back to me. They never called back. This treatment was bad enough BUT the first plumber who came out opened the access to our stack and didn't put it back on so when I flushed the toilet the sewage did overflow into my basement, before that it was all rain water. Luckily I had managed to pump all the water out so only a small area of the basement was affected. I called the company yet again and let them know what happened, I told the woman who answered the phone and she put me on hold then I got disconnected. The owner, Phil, finally called me back. I told him I have another company coming out and he said, "Fine." and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
