When I got into this apartment I was really excited as it was the first time I lived in a city with over 25,000 people. The price for rent is on par, even a bit lower than the surrounding apartment complexes. Speaking of the area, you will be able to easily walk to some small shopping malls and eateries. The Gables Rock Springs is a great area in the Morningside district of Atlanta. It's close to Emory, Midtown, and Buckhead. The residential neighborhood surrounding the apartment makes it feel more like a home than living in an apartment community all the time.

well maintained apartment, wonderful neighbors, great location, but a bit old. Some units need to be updated to granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Other than that, its a fantastic place to live!

I've Lived here for 4 years and moved between phase 1 & 2. Overall I'm pretty happy with my experiance here, the staff is friendly and helpful, and service request are handled proptly. The location is great! Just a short walk or cheap uber ride to anywhere in the highlands or emory.
