Should be zero stars. Bought a dining room set 5 months ago. All 4 chairs were broken, chipped, and in overall poor condition. We have been LIED to for 5 months about when replacement chairs would be in. In Aug they said Oct. In Oct they said Nov...etc etc. Had them come and remove their junk from my dining room today.
Full refund...but the manager tried to tell me they were keeping the $90...

I would actually give Furniture Row zero stars if it let me. All four of the dining room chairs were broken when delivered. After months of not getting replacement chairs and being lied to about when they would come in, we gave up and asked for a refund.
