I bought a king size, beauty sleep mattress two years ago. It collapsed the first time a year ago and it got exchanged by the store, no problem.This exchanged "new" mattress collapsed again about 4 months ago, I contacted the store two months ago and my warranty clam got approved but it was suggested to upgrade to a higher end mattress, with better quality materials and so I did.I paid for the...
