Unprofessional and ghetto, slow, full of N-s working there, and the conditions on the inside are disparaging and extreme...ly overcrowded. Probably the only jail with inmates sleeping outside of cells on the floor. There entire system is behind, lacking, and needs fresh faces to take some control over that awful situation. See More
