Not very friendly over the phone. Customer service skills below par. Asked when I can tour the place and was told only between 3-6. Really? Your open 12 hrs and we can only tour between those...

LOVE boarding my dog here!! Afforable and great staff!! Have also used them for daycare, also afforable, and a GREAT convenience!!

The staff is rude, they were very nice at first. I brought my 2 year old pit bull in to stay for a few weeks. We just moved to Sacramento and were looking for a place to move into that accepts pit bulls. He was excited to go in there. After getting the tour, I thought it was a nice place and he would have fun outside. About 2 weeks later, I get a call from the staff saying they are going to charge my card the coming Sunday for $365 which I said was fine. They didn't charge until almost a week later and then called and said we owe an additional $265 and need to pick him up the next day...
