I selected my insurance within Zocdoc and then selected "Eyeglasses" from the list of practices that accepted my insurance. Union Square Eye Care was one of them. Not only did I find out at the END of my visit that my eyeglasses (the only reason for my visit) were not covered, but they charged me a "contact fitting" fee!! I was already wearing contacts, did not need contacts, and was not told...

There was a bit of issue with my insurance (despite having sent the paperwork through ZocDoc in advance) so my wait time was a bit longer than expected. That said, Dr. Nguyen was amazing! She and her assistant were kind, professional, thorough, and informative. They caught astigmatism my last exam missed and were helpful to inform me of a current eye condition. Dr. Nguyen is my new eye doctor!

I haven't lived or worked anywhere near her office for a number of years, but I keep returning because Dr. Nguyen is always great!

Dr Nguyen was great! She listened to my complaints and made sure that I have an HD vision , her words, for all the work I do in front of the computer. The office staff is really friendly as well. Would recommend for sure. They have the latest tech.
