I was treated poorly when coming in to buy a replacement part for my Eureka vacuum, Buyer beware! They don't seem to want my business. They quoted one price on the phone, negotiated to a mutually agreeable price, then changed it back to the original offer.
I went into the store to see if I could purchase a used Rainbow vacuum for around $350.00. The owner/salesman told me not to get a Rainbow. Get a Miele vacuum, German made.
