Don't bother to set up an online account. You'll end up calling customer service. Not user friendly! I only gave it one star because I had too!

I'm completely disgusted with Frontier; both for phone and internet services. Their telephone help lines for both are a long wait for zero results almost every time. The "techs" on those phone lines are either stupid, lazy, or both in that they don't listen to the problem at all--- they just blame it on everything but Frontier. Your diagnosis of the day seems to be whatever page they currently...
