Help us make it rightOur daughter has been here for almost 3 years and we are so happy. She loves to go to school every day. The teachers are so kind and caring. Yes the facilities are older but they have a wonderful outdoor space that is amazing to have in the city. And they take them on trips and outside all the time. We love that they are small and family like and not a big corporation. We would highly recommend.
The center is filthy especially the rugs the have the children play on or conduct their circle time. The classrooms are small, the tuition is extremely high, and not sure about the level of education the teachers have.
They are very organize and communicate well with the parents. For the tuition you are paying the place should be clean!
Depending on where you live in the city check out the following preschools : Children's Village, Beginnings and Trinity Play group.
Both of my children (one now 3.5 and one 16 months) go to FCCC and have since they were each 8 months old. It is a wonderful place - the teachers are truly caring and dedicated to the children. The infant room is amazing - it has been difficult for me to be away from my babies, but the nuturing and care provided has been comforting to me. My kids bonded to their teachers and were happy being there. The teachers simply adore babies and are so experienced that I found myself frequently learning so much from them.
The older classrooms, too, are great. They help teach appropriate social...
We highly recommend FCCC. The staff is very caring and focused on creating a stimulating and educational environment. The kids take part in lots of activities, in and out of school - the school really takes advantage of the center city location with trips to museums, plays, parks.

My now nearly 2 year-old, has attended since 13 months. The school is well run by a caring staff. Extras like trips to the zoo every summer, a class picture day every fall and Holiday sight seeing in the winter are great.
Snacks are provided but I bring my own. (Parents provide lunch for the children.)
Pros
+ Center City Location, Great Staff, Nice children
Cons
- Expensive
