I ordered my second double violin case from the Fret Store in the last two years. Each time, the case was delivered in a timely manner and for the price that was listed on line. I first dealt with Michael, and then with Darrel. The second case was not in stock but Darrel called his supplier the same day and got back to me saying they had it and would mail it out. the next day it was mailed...

I made an online order through The Fret Store's website. Although they did not have the mandolin I ordered in stock, the staff did everything in their power to find one for me. They responded to emails quickly and were more than happy to cancel my order after finding out the mandolin was back ordered for several months. I would highly recommend The Fret Store to anyone.

Like others on here, we had an issue getting the merchandise or a refund. After 10 months of the owner not responding to e-mails or phone calls or making bogus promises, I turned the business in to the BBB. Lo and behold, I got a response within a couple of days that my refund is on it's way!! But, we'll see about that. With the way The Fret Store does business, I wouldn't be surprised if it...

My order was placed and acknowledged by The Fret Store on 2/24.
I have not received the item, nor have they responded to my 4 emails requesting order status as of 3/18.
Very non-responsive. I do not recommend doing business with this compay.

very poorly run business

I ordered a set of tuning machines on 12/10/10 and as of now it still has not been charged to my credit card or been shipped, it is now 12/16/10. They charged me almost 11.00 for shipping, They never pick up phone..All the while the guy who sets up my guitar for me is waiting for the tuning machines. If they ever pick up phone i am going to cancel order and go elsewhere..This is not a good...
