There"s a lot of robbery going on in this parks. A lot of the neighbors get there cars stolen and there's no security in this parks. They won't show you what the camera recorded after the incident. if you can avoid this mobile home park.

i absolutely this place. A wonderful veteran owned facility. An oasis in Fresno. Everything we needed. Friendly and welcoming. I will be back.

Very nicely located site with lot of trees. Friendly management. We didn't get out of the park in the evening, so no real negative experiences or getting an unsafe feeling as expressd in some other reviews. Sanitary facilities (showers/toilets) were a little bit limited but otherwise clean and in good condition. Free WiFi was very good. A little noisy (e.g....

We spotted the Fresno Mobile Home and RV Park and was looking for a good Park near an event we had to ride bikes too and from. As it turns out the park is a hidden jewel. It is small but well cared for and well managed. Lots of mature trees and shade and everyone we met at the park...
