I love the credit union and have received great customer service on many occasions, but I especially appreciated Michael and Kathy working tirelessly to help me find a solution to what seemed like an unsolvable problem. Thank you for the chocolate, too!

Piss poor customer service. I tried to unblock my card 7 times. Each of those times, they said its unblocked. But it was. I couldn't even buy a drink ($2). They hung up on me 3 times. I called throughout the day so I can buy something to eat. Luckily, I had found some change laying around. I will take my business to B of A if this happens just one more time...
