Fish doesn't get any meatier than it does at Fresh, where you can get oven-roasted monkfish steak and charred "Kobe" tuna (sublimely fatty seared belly flesh). Chef Daniel Angerer continues to reinvent the seafood menu in surprising ways. The dining room, with a high loftlike ceiling, is not terribly loud, but if you want a little intimacy ask for one of the tables under the large ocean mural.
