You are the owner of the franchise and you obviously have a very displeased customer... why don't you do the right thing to disprove all of the negative allegations about FBC and tell everyone how you resolved this in a professional and ethical manner?  My bet is that you didn't.  He left and didn't use your boats... so he cost your company nothing, except future profits... which you count...
